CollabBoards is a real-time collaborative whiteboard where sticky notes, drawings, and shapes sync live across everyone in the room.
02 · The build
The core is a real-time sync layer over a Next.js app: every sticky note, stroke, and shape is a shared object that updates for all participants as it changes.
The interaction model prioritizes low-latency multiplayer feel — the board should never feel like you're waiting on someone else's cursor.
